**ROLE SUMMARY**

Provide a range of eyelash and eyebrow treatments such as eyelash perming, tinting, extensions and eyebrow shaping. To provide and maintain the highest standard of services, recommendations for client homecare, daily operational procedures and overall excellent client care, resulting in repeat client visits and increased sales in the salon.

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Know the multiple designs of eyelash extension as in the pictures attached, including but not limited to cat eye, doll eye, open eye, natural eye, classic, hybrid and volume.
- Create unique eyelash extension sets, having the ability to be creative.
- Ability to achieve symmetricity in eyelash extension.
- Remove previous eyelash work.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- To be a team player to ensure the highest possible standards of service delivery.
- Be welcoming, friendly, professional and tactful in all communications with clients.
- Be discreet, do not talk about yourself neither draw too much attention to your own life situation. Use the “It’s not about you, it’s all about them” philosophy.
- Communicate in English or Arabic at all times. No native language to be spoken with your colleagues in case the client doesn’t speak that particular language.
- Perform thorough consultation, explain time taken, products used, potential side effects and after care.
- Complete consultation sheet for all new clients.
- Perform services based on the consultation.
- Discuss with client the various treatment options and the costs.
- Very soft and gentle on clients’ eyes.
- Use the Waiver in case client insists you to perform a service you recommend her not to have.
- Responsible for serving clients in an appropriate and professional manner, understanding the clients’ needs and making sure of client satisfaction.
- Discuss the client’s required next visit and inform reception about the same.
- Sterilise equipment before and after use.
- Be punctual, be prepared in advance for each treatment and ensure the specified treatment time is adhered to.
- Ensure that product usage is kept to manufactures specification and not used in excess.
- Keep up to date with latest trends and treatments by attending technical training sessions, beauty seminars and reviewing trade publications.
- Maintain clients’ records for future reference in terms of preferred and recommended treatments.
- Ensure that personal grooming and appearance standards are maintained at all times.
- Be on time for shifts and prompt with each appointment.
- Be flexible with schedule in an attempt to support the needs of the salon.
- Assist in purchase orders.
- Maintain and update equipment, products, services and standards as required.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating clients in these areas.
- Actively promote the products, services, promotions and/or discounts available in meeting maximum sales goals.
- Maintain an active profile on social media to increase visibility of salon, increase awareness of your talent, stay abreast of latest trends and increase following.
- Social media status should mention the salon name and state that you are employed by us.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as per the salon’s policies and procedures.
- Perform prep work and properly clean and restock work area as required.
- Communicate to Management all occurrences involving staff or clients in the salon that require attention.
- Handle clients’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of professional ethics at all times.
- Ensure you read the Standard Operations Manual, have a thorough understanding of and adhere to the rules and regulations.
- Perform any other related duties as determined necessary by Management.

- Physical mobility (able to sit in the same position for a prolonged period of time).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English
