Prioritize and coordinate housekeeping requests based on the urgency and guest preferences, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate with the housekeeping team and update them on the status of pending and completed service requests, maintaining open lines of communication to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and up-to-date housekeeping logbook, recording all guest requests, actions taken, and time of completion.
- Provide information to guests regarding housekeeping services, available amenities, and hotel facilities, answering questions or redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to address guest concerns, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the inventory control and ordering of housekeeping supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure that special requests, such as extra amenities or bedding preferences, are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and guest-centric approach when interacting with guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Uphold Accor Hotels' standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all housekeeping interactions, ensuring a positive impression of the hotel**_._**

**Qualifications**
- Saudis ONLY
- Good English Language
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per the hotel's operational needs.
