We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven **Procurement Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that goods and services are acquired in a cost-effective and timely manner, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full procurement cycle, from identifying needs to placing orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that orders are placed in accordance with business needs.
- Review and evaluate vendor performance and address any issues related to delivery or quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions.
- Work closely with other departments (finance, operations, etc.) to align procurement strategies with company objectives.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other related documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with suppliers and vendors.
- Knowledge of procurement software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- **Fluency in English** (both written and spoken) is required.
