**Position Objective**:
Assist Project Managers in the technical documentation of a project with the scope of Mobilization & Construction, Technical Network Testing and Commissioning, Handover & Close-out of infrastructure including state-of-the-art fixed and mobile network technologies, seamlessly integrating cutting-edge components such as 5G Radio Access Networks (RAN), Terrestrial Fiber connectivity, International Subsea Fiber connectivity, Satellite connectivity, Data Centre’s, and their operational frameworks.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Write and edit technical content for various purposes and translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language suitable for the target audience.
Develop visually appealing and effective PowerPoint presentations to convey technical information, project updates or network architecture. Use appropriate graphics, charts, and multimedia elements to enhance understanding and engagement.
Possess an eye for design to ensure that PowerPoint presentations are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with the company's branding guidelines. Use colours, fonts, and layout techniques to make the presentations professional and visually appealing.
Understand the target audience's needs and tailor the content and presentation style accordingly. Ensure that technical information is presented in a user-friendly manner.
Review and proofread technical content and presentations to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
Maintain version control for documents and presentations to keep track of updates and revisions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ Years of Technical writing experience.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in visual design principles with the ability to create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency in technical content and presentations.
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint, as well as experience with document management systems and version control tools.
Awareness of industry trends and best practices in technical documentation and communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges in content creation and presentation development.
