As a pricing specialist, you will be responsible to acquire the best possible competitive rates from origin, destination, and carriers by establishing excellent relationships with logistics agents/partners and our DSV network. In addition, you will be responsible to prepare quotations for diverse projects and provide feedback on NEOM RFQs towards their suppliers and overall cost calculation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate cost-effective rates with service providers to optimize cost-efficiency, service quality, and ensure maximum profitability.
- Coordinates with DSV offices for the quoting process of shipments.
- Maintaining continuous communication with vendors, shippers, carriers and DSV overseas offices throughout the quotation process and choosing proper routing appropriate to the customer's needs.
- Create and maintain pricing databases, models, and tools to facilitate accurate and efficient pricing decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate pricing performance against targets and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate pricing changes, strategies, and updates effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on pricing analysis to support business growth and market expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to provide pricing support and guidance for bids, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Economics/Logistics or freight forwarding.
- A minimum of 5 years work experience within the Freight Forwarding industry
- International working experience preferred.

Competencies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using pricing software, spreadsheets, and databases for analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the freight industry.
