Planning for refractory job for shift & feedback from Sr. mason of previous shift.
- Planning of other all jobs which allocated by foreman/supervisor
- Preparation of mortar & castable as per work instruction.
- Prepare erosion profile of ladle & furnace while de-bricking.
- Removing old bricks from ladle & laying new bricks inside ladles.
- Repairing of ladle, tundish, EAF & IF when refractory damage.
- Hot repairing jobs such as purging block & well block ramming, EAF hot repair job & top locking of ladles.
- Abide by safety rules & train subordinators. Clean work place & surrounding places.

Lining of ladle, tundish, EAF & IF. Remove material & tools after completion of job in any area.
