As a Field Operator, you will learn how to spool and band electrical power cables utilized on ESP systems in coordinated effort and procedure. with installation engineer and rig operators.

As a Field Operator - Artificial Lifts, you will be responsible for:

- Learning to spool cable onto cable reel as the tubing is pulled out of the well, to band cable onto tubing.
- Learning about the proper completion of DOT logbooks and DOT inspection forms.
- Training to perform equipment lay downs as requested by customers and complete paperwork.
- Learning to conduct field analysis and tests cable strings after they have come out of the well
- Determining causes of operating errors and resolving the error.
- Performing routine maintenance of equipment and determines when and what kind of maintenance is needed

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a Technical diploma in related field
- Have the ability to work outside during difficult seasonal weather conditions
- Have product line training is recommended.
- Demonstrate good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Have good spoken and written communication skills with excellent computer skills
