The Windows/VMware Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s Windows and VMware environments. This role involves system maintenance, optimization, and providing technical support to ensure maximum performance and reliability. Detailed Responsibilities:
**System Administration and Maintenance**
- Install, configure, and manage Windows servers and VMware infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including patch management and software updates.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and redundancy.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy configurations.

**Virtualization Management**
- Deploy and manage virtual machines, storage, and networks within the VMware environment.
- Optimize virtualization resources and ensure efficient usage of infrastructure.
- Conduct performance monitoring and fine-tuning of the virtualized environment.
- Implement and manage backup solutions for virtual servers.

**Troubleshooting and Support**
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows and VMware systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams.
- Document issues, solutions, and system configurations for future reference.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
