**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Responsible to drive automation of core activities and processes for all departments and projects.
- Provide functional inputs to IT for process/functional improvement and report/interfaces development.
- Verify that all developed systems are mapped and aligned with company policies.
- Verify accuracy and integrity of data and reports maintaining the confidentiality of the information.
- Ensure mínimal or no service interruption for all projects.

**Requirements**:

- The position is open only for Saudi Nationals
- English & Arabic is a must
- Excellent IT knowledge
- A minimum of 2 years specialist of job-related experience required.
- Recent graduates with Bachelor in IT Engineering or Computer Science will be given a consideration.
- Previous senior administration/project management experience
- Ability to prepare and interpret project documentation
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task
- Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Computer Science / IT preferred
- Preferably you have managed IT projects with exposure to Business Requirement Document (BRD), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and productions support.
- Competent in understanding the functionality of modules like Facilities Management System, Oracle Property Manager, SAP, Inventory Management System, Asset Management system or similar.
- Preferably well versed with programming languages like C# or others.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at all levels with strong written and verbal communication skills.
