Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Director located in the Riyadh Region. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. The role also requires a thorough understanding of labor and employment law in the region.
**Qualifications**:
Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR policies
Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Performance Management
Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law in Riyadh Region
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
Experience in the Engineering or Consulting industry is preferred
Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is a plus
