WeDeliver is a B2B crowdsourced logistics platform that provides faster intra-cities with the Same Day delivery and 2 hours delivery. We aim to deliver Ecommerce parcels as fast as delivering pizza So having a stable supply and well-onboarded captains is a key component to achieving our goals and maintaining service quality.

WeDeliver raised the largest pre-seed $2.4 million round for its B2B crowdsourced delivery platform in Saudi Arabia and the third-largest for a start-up in the MENA region up-to-date.

**About the job**

As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of your team’s product roadmap and manage the end-to-end delivery of new features. To be successful, you’ll collaborate with talented engineering, commercial, and product colleagues. You’ll also become an expert on customers, by analyzing data, curating feedback across multiple channels, and speaking directly to customers. **What do we expect from you?**

Develop the wholesale connectivity product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the market trends and requirements as well as alignment with the company's product and Operator carrier services product team to ensure a consistent approach across the MENA.

End-to-end ownership of product implementation - project managing covering multiple teams including technical and sales, and ensuring operational procedures have been defined

Define pricing of new products; based on the intelligence of competitive connectivity services pricing

Responsible for connectivity services profitability and management of product economics for this line of business

Define and maintain a customer experience plan and ensure customer satisfaction

Ensure the processes are defined to accommodate for fault handling and resolution, as well as fraud detection/prevention/response

Create the connectivity product catalog with product specs and pricing information, including international and domestic connectivity products.

Collaborate with the Ops teams to define the requirements for domestic connectivity products for wholesale customers

Provide stakeholders with updated high-quality product collateral, target prices and discount matrices across routes and accounts

Track, and manage the product commercial and service performance, recommend and deliver on continuous improvements (revenue uplift and cost reduction), including product changes and upgrades

Collaborate with stakeholders to provide sales, operational, competitor, market and product insights

In close relation with all main stakeholders, define main quarterly priorities and objectives to be handled by the tribe and give status on the progress

Formalize the vision and the roadmap of the tribe co-built with Product Owners of the tribe

Could launch some discovery phases in order to help the Product Owners define the impact on the roadmap

Manage, coach and support Product Owners of the tribe, and provide daily support to the product teams in particular in problem solving, conflict management and prioritization

Ensure the roadmap alignment and synchronization between all tribe’s squads

Could Lead some transversal projects. In this case, the Product Manager will coordinate and synchronize all Product Owners involved in the projects even if they are not directly reporting to him

Define KPIs to assess the performance of the tribe, ensure that KPIs can be measured and monitor their evolution

Ensure that product Management and agile methodology are well applied on a daily basis

Manage and pilot administrative and budget tasks concerning the tribe

Stakeholder and communication management

Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.

5+ years experience in product management experience, ideally in B2B

Proven project management and communication skills, ideally working in a fast-paced/start-up environment

Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership

You’ll have experience building solutions for end customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

Excellent project and time management skills.

Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently or with a group.
