- Requirements Management:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable project plans.
- Ensure that project requirements are clearly defined, documented, and understood by the project team.
- Manage changes to project scope and requirements, assessing their impact and communicating changes to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance:

- Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards for project deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with the QA team to develop and execute test plans, ensuring the timely identification and resolution of defects.

**Requirements**:

- End-to-End Project Management:

- Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful execution of digital and IT projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation, for each phase of the project.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Conduct thorough analysis and feasibility studies to assess project viability and alignment with business requirements.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and production deployment of digital and IT solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Issue Resolution and Risk Management:

- Proactively identify and address project issues, obstacles, and dependencies that may impact project progress or outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to develop and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges.
- Manage project risks by conducting risk assessments, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and regularly monitoring risk levels.
- Communicate project risks and dependencies to stakeholders, providing recommendations for risk mitigation or contingency plans.
- Vendor and Contract Management:

- Engage and manage vendors, ensuring that they deliver products and services in accordance with agreed-upon contracts, timelines, and quality standards.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and selection processes, considering factors such as capabilities, expertise, and cost.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables.
- Monitor vendor performance, addressing any deviations from agreed-upon terms and taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Timely Delivery and Stakeholder Communication:

- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting specified quality criteria.
- Communicate project status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Conduct effective project status meetings, facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear and transparent communication regarding project timelines, deliverables, and potential risks or issues.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project team, encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing.
