**Driver**

You will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods and/or passengers across various locations within Saudi Arabia. Your primary responsibility will be to operate the company vehicle, following all traffic rules and regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. Reporting to the Contract Manager.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Safely operate company vehicle, to transport goods and/or passengers to designated destinations within Saudi Arabia.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself, passengers, and the cargo at all times.
- Plan and execute routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules, optimizing travel time and fuel consumption.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, clients, and colleagues by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and a helpful attitude.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to relay information, updates, and potential issues.
- Handle any unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic congestion or inclement weather, while making appropriate decisions to ensure on-time deliveries and passenger safety.
- Uphold the company's image by presenting yourself in a neat and presentable manner, adhering to dress codes and grooming standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a harmonious working environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
**Job requirements**:

- Valid Saudi Arabian driver's license with proven experience (at least 10 years) as a driver, a clean driving record is a must.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian roads, traffic rules, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for the safety of passengers and goods.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic and English.
