We are looking to hire a senior-level developer for this role for one of our partners, one of Saudi's most successful and large construction-based, fin-tech companies, Backed by the largest VC firms on a rapid expansion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with any test automation tools and frameworks like **Cypress**, Playwright, Selenium, Selenide, and Appium.
- Understanding of any unit testing frameworks - Jasmine, Mocha, Jest, TestNg.
- Any API testing tools like - RestSharp, RestAssured, and Postman.
- Understanding of any Behavior-Driven Development tools like SpecFlow or **Cucumber**.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in fintech or related industries is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence in testing practices. Roll up your sleeves to ensure quality in our startup environment.
- Test Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality of our fintech products.
- Test Planning: Collaborate with product managers and developers to define test plans, including test scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Test Execution: Oversee test case design, execution, and defect tracking to ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Automation: Drive test automation efforts and identify opportunities for test script automation.
- Use automated testing frameworks such as Cypress and Cucumber.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve QA processes and standards to Enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with product development goals.
- Hiring Involvement: Participate in the recruitment and hiring process to attract top QA talent as we grow.
