Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Monitoring and auditing the company’s systems.
- Monitoring network activity and ensuring no suspicious activities are happening.
- Collaborating with cybersecurity compliance and assurance teams.
- Identifying vulnerabilities and recommending changes to strengthen security.
- Maintain the SOC facility and develop new used cases.
- Internal communication with front sales and backend sales for the opportunity and proposal development.
- Communication with customer for development of SOC scope.
- Understand customer requirement and fulfill the expectations within the stipulated timeline.
- Participate in the design review meeting with customers.
- Design the system architecture based on the YHQ guidelines and industry standards.
- Communication with vendors for enhancement of SOC facility with new solutions.
Qualification and Experience
- Preferably SOC Certificates /MCSE, VMWare & network certified/ OT certifications such as IEC62443 (IC32/IC33)
- Basic knowledge of OT Systems, GICSP/CISSP certification shall be added advantage.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in similar capacity and industry.
Required Competencies / skills
- General:
Proven hands-on system & network engineering experience, preferably in the process control domain.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Basic Cybersecurity Solution Knowledge
- EDR, ENS, & Application Control (Whitelisting), system hardening, Network Management Solutions.
- Microsoft Platform:
Active Directory Services, Group Policy, System Hardening.
WSUS patch management, Terminal Services.
- Backup & Recovery:
Symantec/Veritas Backup Exec & SSR, Acronis etc.
Familiar with bare metal backup & recovery.
SAN, LTO Tape library setup.
- Advanced Cybersecurity Solution Knowledge
- SOC Facility Management
- Network Anomaly Detection
- SIEM
- Vulnerability Management
- Dashboards
- Virtualization:
VMWare ESXi, Hyper-V, Shared Storage Services, high availability.
- Hardware:
HP, Dell, SAN, Tape Library, Blade Server etc.
- Know how about middle east regional and industrial security standards (IEC/NIST etc.)
