**Are you a FIT?**

1. A Master/BA. in a field relevant to the curriculum with 3+ years of teaching and research excellence. Industry experience is highly desirable.

2. A passion for education and a commitment to student development, with the ability to inspire and engage learners from diverse backgrounds.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.

4. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changing business needs.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

7. Knowledge of digital communication channels and social media platforms.

8. Experience in crisis communication and issues management, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water conservation projects.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian, Bahraini, and Omani business environments and cultures.
