The Hardscape Manager will be responsible for supervising all aspects of hardscape projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of hardscape construction techniques

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Manage and supervise hardscape projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgets.

Coordinate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.

Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, gather necessary information, and provide accurate cost estimates.

Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services required for hardscape projects.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Train and mentor team members on hardscape construction techniques and best practices.

Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure projects meet high standards of workmanship and client expectations.

Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures when possible.

Handle any project-related issues, changes, or disputes in a timely and effective manner.

Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques to continuously improve project outcomes.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple hardscape projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of hardscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.

Professional in using project management software and other relevant tools.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in hardscape construction and management.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as landscape architecture, civil engineering, or construction management) is required.
