**Overview**:
We are seeking an English teacher to join the Saudi Aramco College English & General Studies Unit, which is responsible for three programs:

- College Preparatory Program (CPP) English which prepares highly selected Saudi high school graduates to be admitted to and succeed at top tier universities worldwide.
- Professional English Language Program (PELP) which develops the business communication competencies of Saudi graduate new hires at Aramco.
- Business Communication Workshops (BCW) which develops a specific business communication competency (Business Writing, Presentations, Meetings or Customer Service) for Aramco employees.

The primary function is to deliver and facilitate learning programs in the classroom and the field to ensure a qualified workforce for the respective Aramco business areas and functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach students/participants appropriately using available teaching methods & materials.
- Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans and assignments, demonstrations, training aids, references or other materials to parallel and supplement classroom work.
- Maintain classroom management and guide students/participants in conduct and study habits.
- Keep updated with information technology to enhance communication & instruction.
- Diagnose learning difficulties and plan remedial interventions.
- Prepare test material and coordinate quiz writing & supplementary teaching material development
- Evaluate students’/participants’, track progress, and submit reports.
- Collaborate with administrators and other teachers regarding curricular revisions & innovations or pertinent administrative procedures.
- Participate in recommending improvements to the curriculum & its implementation.
- Ensure implementation & adherence to training policies and regulations.
- Perform other training related duties assigned by the Supervisor or Chairperson.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree (preferably a master’s degree) in Education, Applied Linguistics, English, a modern language, or a related field. An accredited teaching certificate in TESL/TEFFL is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years English language teaching experience, familiarity with and teaching experience of courses preparing students for pre-college or college study including but not limited to preparing students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), and teaching experience of intermediate and advanced academic language skills.
