Architectural Draftsman

1. Propose Ideas and create drawings that accommodate the customers preferences following the customer requirement in an aesthetic manner.

2. Analyze the project so that the interior designing can be done without compromising design aspect as well as the safety aspect while complying to the preference of the customer. 3. Produce computer generated artwork / shop drawing / design in support of project requirements.

4. Review and Amend the Architectural Designs and Plans.

5. Conduct Inspection of the Interior Design Work and Verify the Shop drawings obtained from the contractor.

6. Responsible in preparing the conceptual drawings 2D and 3D, appropriate furniture and suitable fabric and materials selections.

7. Responsible on bill of quantity presentation and assuring that the provided are match with the design.

8. select or design material requirements and costs for head of department approval.

9. Contact with the suppliers and visit showrooms for selection of the Fixtures and Equipment

10. Preparing the product description and coding.
