The Internal Project Manager role forms part of our Project Management Office (PMO) organization and is the primary focal point for Tier 3 & Tier 2 project orders executed through Jubail. The job holder will have overall responsibility for order execution at factory and will lead coordination of each order with project managers, Document Controller, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and assembly team

The role is based at Emerson Automation Solution, Jubail, KSA

The Internal Project Manager will develop and own the manufacturing execution plan for Customer projects, managing the whole process in the factory from Factory Order Issued through Manufacturing to Shipment. The IPM will be responsible to initiate appropriate proactive or corrective actions, in a timely manner.

**Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Review the order, organize, and lead an KOM with all involved people (PM, customer, LBP’s and/or factory team) before or immediately after the order is placed to the factory
- Make sure the Project requirements are communicated and properly understood by the factory team members.
- Develops manufacturing milestone execution plan and Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
- Coordinates all the factory actions related to the given project
- Coordinate with factory to develop new procedures for special requirements
- Liaise with Production Planning, Buyers, Suppliers, Quality and Logistics teams to keep the project on-time
- Monitor project progress and execution to meet the promised date.
- If needed, expedites the different functions at the appropriate level.
- Evaluate and implement the changes, as required by change order process.
- Provides regular and timely progress reports to the Project Manager / Customer / Sales Office/LBP’s and highlights any deviation compared to the original plan.
- Prepares the inspections and shipping schedules, ensuring the project is shipped on time to the Customer request.
- Work closely with Documentation Controller to ensure timely approval of Project relevant documents
- Leading Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM) with full support from the factory team, PM, PE’s.
- Notify and Coordinate the Project Inspections
- Manages the Customer or its representative during visits at factory site.
- At the time of project closing, summarizes all learning points, makes suggestions and supports continuous improvement programs. Shares Project Lesson Learning Points with internal team if applicable.
- Supports PMO objectives, policies and goals.
- Performs other given tasks when required.

**What do I need to be considered for this role?
- Bachelor’s Engineering degree from an accredited university
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, acknowledge mistakes, and possess emotional intelligence/diplomacy
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Results oriented and able to work independently.
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills
- Working experience in manufacturing operations is a plus
- Project Management experience strongly preferred
- PMP Certification
- 3-5 years of relevant Project Management, Valve Manufacturing or Application Engineering experience in engineering space
- Bachelor’s Engineering degree from an accredited university

- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Results oriented and able to work independently.
