Senior Naval

Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Naval (Sonar/USW Technical) Instructor to provide RSNF personnel training on techniques, processes, and procedures relating to military submarine and sonar repair. This position will be located in Jubail, KSA and will be an onsite position.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver, instruct, and facilitate instructor led undersea warfare and sonar repair training.

Ability to teach basic and advanced courses in the field of specialty.

Ability to conduct hands-on training on the content of courses using anti-submarine devices, simulators, and equipment.

Contribute to developing practical, educational, and training approaches and methods.

Support and provide input to the RSNF ESS courseware development team to ensure training materials are current and updated.

Implement RSNF student critiques into RSNF ESS training materials, as required.

Prepare RSNF ESS Lesson Plans (LP) and ensure all Terminal and Enabling Objectives are effectively trained.

Utilize RSNF ESS PowerPoint Presentations, Job Sheets, and visual aids to support the learning retention of RSNF students.

Administer and grade RSNF ESS tests and exams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education or related field and five (5) years’ experience instructing students in military programs and certified as a military training specialist.

**Required Skills and Experience**

Previously worked onboard RSNF ships.

Obtain various courses in the field of (anti-submarine warfare and related equipment, teacher qualification course)

Must be a Saudi National

Fluent in English.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range: USD $71,150.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
