**Background**:
**Role**: IT Manager

**Location**: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

**Context**: Working as an IT manager entails being in charge of the company's technology strategy in addition to managing and supervising teams of IT specialists within the organization.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**The position involves**:

- Controlling and evaluating the information technology data within the organization.
- Developing and implementing plans to maximize the benefit of the organization from the information technology systems to fulfill their target outcomes.
- Managing and coordinating all IT-related matters including data, wireless communication in addition to computer hardware and software.
- Overseeing the fulfillment of the organization's technology needs and related devices.
- Monitoring network utilization and performance to ensure the quality of work.
- Providing the necessary technical infrastructure to link the organization with its branches.
- Supervising the provision of the required technical support within the organization.
- Implementing procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability.
- Identifying the problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time.
- Collaborating with outside vendors to provide the organization with needed IT related products and services.

**Education, Knowledge, and Skills**:
**The Position requires**:

- ** **BS/MS in Information technology or any relevant field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the IT field.
- Excellent guidance ad supervision skills.
- A team player with Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate level of English (written & spoken).
- Proper experience with Microsoft Office
