As the** Operations Manager** for Car Wash Shops, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic planning and day-to-day management of our car wash operations. From ensuring customer satisfaction to meeting financial objectives, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of both front-end and back-end operations. Your focus will be on driving profitability and maintaining service quality across all facets of our car wash operations

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Collaborate in devising and executing new service offerings and operational strategies for each season, in alignment with company guidelines and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
- Develop and manage labor budgets efficiently for each season, monitoring spending and contributing insights for capital projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality car wash services at agreed costs.
- Manage warehousing and distribution operations to ensure branches receive necessary supplies promptly.
- Conduct surprise visits to branches to ensure prompt service, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Evaluate current operational processes and performance, recommending improvements where needed.
- Establish strategic objectives for operational efficiency and productivity enhancement.
- Optimize efficiency and productivity through thorough process analysis and fostering collaboration between departments.
- Cultivate relationships with external suppliers to uphold the shop's reputation and ensure top-quality service and products.
- Develop strategies for expanding services shop-wide, implementing process enhancements to increase output and reduce expenses.
- Collaborate with senior management to set performance objectives and long-term operational plans.
- Coordinate with the manager to maintain appropriate stock levels from central distribution, supporting the operational team.
- Analyze sales data and forecast volumes to enhance profitability.
- Stay updated on market trends in the car wash industry and monitor competitor activities.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for:
- A minimum of 7 years in senior leadership roles within the automotive or service industry, with a strong understanding of car wash operations.
- In-depth knowledge of government health and safety regulations, particularly those relevant to the automotive service sector.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills are needed to foster positive relationships with team members, customers, and external partners.
- Proven experience in managing operations within a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and quality service delivery.
