**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Present financial products to clients using the authorized techniques in order to meet customer’s needs and preserve Bank alBilad’s market share
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Enter and update customer information in the database

**Job Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree of commerce, business administration or related fields
- (0-2) years of retail sales experience
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- Good command of English & Arabic languages
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Service Oriented

Pay: From ﷼1,600.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Riyadh (preferred)
