The Medical Science Liaison is a healthcare consulting professional representing to a multinational company’s as an extension into the medical healthcare community.

The MSL is accountable for bridging the education, information and awareness gap between the industry and the medical community by functioning as the intermediary between sponsor and the physician, serving roles in both the transmission of beneficial compound information and the gathering of in-field medical intelligence

**Responsibility**:

- Interaction with physicians
- Provide KOLs with the necessary information and educational materials
- Conduct events such as advisory board meetings, speaker training, workshops, and conferences.
- Share with the KOLs products’ information including scientific articles and recent guidelines.
- Obtain feedback that provides insight for physician initiated trials, clinical trial possibilities, educational platform development, safety, and compliance.
- Following medical inquires via HCPS and team and work closely with Med-Info team
- Identify new and innovative medical findings in different regions
- Developing New Speakers for the targeted Specialities: Paediatricians - ENTs - Gastroenterologists -Allergists - Dermatologists -Internal Medicine.
- Lead Saudi Societies Partnership Collaboration
- encourages KOLs being updated to the recent publications and international guidelines and Update KOLs on press releases (New studies and partnerships).
- Support sponsor speakers at scientific meetings through speaker briefings and preparing slides and presentations.
- Answer KOL queries through Q&As and Bibliographic searches
- Construct training and refreshment sessions
- Medical support and presentations at group meetings and stand-alone
- Monitor the popular queries faced by the FF and organize sessions
- Verifying promotional materials and information leaflets to ensure the medical and scientific accuracy of the data, and the respect of regulatory requirements.
- Be Effectively communicate and distribute relevant educational materials,
- Ensure compliance to local & global pharmacovigilance reporting procedures & timelines
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Pharmaceutical science bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Related Experience: Pharmaceutical medical / sales and/ or marketing.
- Experience minimum 2 years.
- Strong Medical Knowledge.
- Very good communication skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- **Saudi Arabia Residency “Riyadh”**

**Experience**:

- GCP: 1 year (preferred)
- Managed care: 1 year (preferred)
- Writing skills: 1 year (preferred)
