**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a variety of massage services to our customers, promoting relaxation and relieving muscle tension. You will work closely with our spa team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages
- Consult with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction during the massage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disinfecting equipment and replacing linens
- Promote spa services and products to clients, including recommending aftercare treatments
- Keep up-to-date with current massage techniques and trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, treatments, and progress
- Adhere to all spa policies and protocols to ensure a safe and professional environment for both clients and fellow employees
- Collaborate with the spa team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Massage Therapist.
- Valid state license in massage therapy.
- Knowledge of different massage modalities and techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with others.
