**Job Summary**

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the finance departments of each Business Unit and ensuring that proper accounting and recording of company transactions are performed in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities (included but not limited to)**:

- Implement appropriate processes and controls to ensure all transactions are recorded timely and accurately and in compliance with the policies and procedures of the company.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.
- Implement appropriate processes and controls to ensure financial reporting deadlines are adhered to.
- Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the company and liaising with tax consultants.
- Implement appropriate processes and controls to ensure compliance with taxation laws.
- Prepare monthly 3-month cash flow forecasts.
- Provide accurate financial data as and when required to enable the senior leadership team to make critical business decisions.
- Managing the company's banking and borrowing arrangements including compliance with covenants.
- Recruitment, training, mentoring, and development of staff
- Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, Tax, and management accounting functions in all business units
- Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information.
- Reviewing all formal finance-related policies and procedures and ensuring they are kept up to date.
- Performs additional tasks and duties as assigned by superiors.

qualifications
- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or Finance required.
- Professional accounting certification e.g. SOCPA, CMA.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience
- Minimum 4 years of management experience required
- Experience in the financial sector
