The Role
The HSE Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance within the construction consultancy company. - They will assist the Project Manager / Director in developing and implementing HSE initiatives across the project, promoting a culture of safety, and fostering continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in a construction environment. - Experience working across multiple sites. - Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and processes. - Experience in implementing HSE standards and procedures. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to prioritize work and manage a challenging workload. - Flexible and adaptable attitude towards work. - Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level. - Professional Degree in a relevant field. - HSE management certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001) are highly desirable.
