As a Residential Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance throughout the development lifecycle. You will lead the development of thousands of new villas and townhouses across the City.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage residential development projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify opportunities and inform the development strategy.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to prepare project proposals, designs, and specifications.
- Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project objectives.
- Prepare regular project reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout project development.
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in residential development, specifically with large scare townhouse and villa development.
- Demonstrated experience managing residential development projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of local zoning regulations, construction practices, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
