**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
**Drive Ma’aden’s major capital projects to successful completion by providing expert technical leadership for the preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to these projects**

**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

**1. Bachelors of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 2 years as Snr Engineer**
**2. Masters of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 2 years as Snr Engineer**
**3. PhD + 1,5 year as Snr Engineer
