QUALIFICATIONS:

- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
- Graduate from a culinary school or technical culinary
- Experienced in food production of International cuisines (preferable

5 star hotels or restaurant)
- Undergone food preparation - (hot line) and hygiene
- Relevant experienced in GCC is a plus (Saudi Arabia)
- Ability to communicate in English

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for preparing and cooking oriental dishes in an authentic

and creative manner.
- Should possess excellent knowledge of authentic oriental cuisine,

techniques, and ingredients, as well as a passion for creating

delicious and unique dishes.
- Responsible for delivering a tasty, attractive, and consistent product

to customers.
- Prepare and cook oriental dishes according to authentic recipes and

instructions, making sure to keep consistent quality with every dish.
- Monitor and maintain food stock, as well as ensure that all food is

fresh and edible.
- Handle all kitchen equipment, utensils, and other kitchen related

items in a safe and hygienic manner.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of service

and cleanliness.
- Keep the kitchen organized and tidy at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and suggestions in a professional and
