Security & Loss Prevention Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of employees, customers, and assets
- Conduct regular assessments of potential security risks and vulnerabilities
- Identify and mitigate potential sources of loss, such as theft, fraud, and other criminal activities
- Monitor security systems, including alarms, video surveillance, and access control systems
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement as necessary
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and report findings to management
- Provide security training to employees
- Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners, such as law enforcement agencies and private security firms
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in security and loss prevention

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security and loss prevention.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Certification in security or loss prevention (e.g. CPP, LPQ) is a plus

**Salary**: From ﷼9,000.00 per month
