**Major Responsibilities & Duties performed**:

- To check the availability of different production consumables in the shop floor.
- Shifting of materials & consumables as required.
- To fill the required materials in respective silos by operating the conveyors system.
- To maintain housekeeping in work area.
- To monitor equipment health in shifts and report any abnormality immediately to maintenance crew.
- To follow safe working practices.
- Coordination with shift production crew.
- Any other job as instructed by Shift Manager.
- Proper housekeeping and ensure safe working practice.

Other Responsibilities:

- Strictly following the safe working practices and safety rules of the organization as per HS&E Policy.
- Strictly Follow the Safety Instruction related to the Jobs
- Keep issued PPE in good and workable condition.
- Do not allow any unsafe PPE usage by staff report PPE damages to concerned authority
- Avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment’s and welfare facilities.
- Should attend the safety training scheduled for them
- Have right to say” NO” to any unsafe work.
- SBT / On the Job training / Tool Box Talks to the Sub-ordinates
- STOP program awareness & implementation.
- Ensure standard practice is being followed & any deviation to be reported.
- Housekeeping should be well control in DRI belts & Peripheral areas.
- The employee will be work in General Shift / Shift Rota as per company requirement.
- Employee can be transfer to any production unit within company as per company requirement.
