We are pioneering B2B digital platform, the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, revolutionizing the way independent retailers connect with suppliers in the FMCG market. Our platform empowers retailers by providing access to a wide range of suppliers, competitive prices, and fintech services (buy now pay later). We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Sales Representative to join our team and drive adoption of our platform.

As a Sales Representative, your primary role will be to personally engage with retailers and convince them to use our groundbreaking digital platform. Your persuasive skills, interpersonal abilities, and passion for driving business growth will be crucial in acquiring retailers and educating them about the unique advantages our platform offers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge venture that is reshaping the B2B retail landscape in Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a comprehensive plan to visit retailers in designated areas and acquire them onto our platform.
- Conduct door-to-door visits and engage with independent retailers, building rapport and effectively communicating the benefits of our platform.
- Address any concerns or objections raised by retailers, providing suitable solutions and emphasizing the value our platform brings to their business.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for retailers, guiding them through account setup and platform usage.
- Provide ongoing support to retailers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive user experience.
- Maintain accurate records of retailer characteristics (size, categories, SKUs..), interactions, feedback, and acquired retailers using a spreadsheet
- Gather market insights and contribute to the development of acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on the features and functionalities of our platform, supplier network expansion, and industry trends to effectively pitch and position our offering.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and persuade retailers effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Resilience and persistence in approaching and engaging retailers in a door-to-door setting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Technologically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate our platform and provide technical assistance to retailers.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian retail landscape and an understanding of the challenges faced by independent retailers is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
