**The Army Aviation Logistics Quality Control Specialist (QC Specialist PMO)**Contributes input towards the development and implementation of an analytics driven procurement process for continual improvement.
- Performs oversight and guidance to contractor personnel performing logistics support actions for the Saudi Military Command (RSLFAC).
- Ensure compliance IAW with customers and contractors supply chain procedures; DCMA, FARs, and DFARs.
- Provides guidance regarding established procedures according to directives, quality procedures, work standards and operational policies. Assist contract personnel and approved government personnel in resolving problems.
- May transfer active records to inactive or archival storage, convert paper records to digital copy, input data into computer systems, or destroy obsolete or unnecessary records.
- Responsible for efficient creation, maintenance, organization, coding and protection of business records and information, making sure records are complete with appropriate forms.
- Inspects and verifies proper completion and documentation of quality discrepancies.
- Must be able to lead small groups independently and provide oversite updates to the program management and government leadership.
- Monitor supplier performance, issue supplier corrective actions and recommendations to the program manager for supplier corrections, while building relationships with industry suppliers.
- Work with supply chain to minimize TAT for AOG and other high priority items.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations** (FAR)** is required.
- Generate reports and validate accuracy of contract deliverables.
- Perform other qualified duties as required.

**Minimum Requirements**
- High school Diploma or Equivalent is Required.
- Broad working knowledge of Army Aviation logistics, quality control techniques and standards and Federal Acquisition Regulations** (FAR)** is Required,
- Working knowledge of FAA regulations, and US Army technical publications strongly desired.
- Required experience in QMS Aerospace Standard Quality program implementation (ISO 9001, AS9100 or AS9120), with Quality management experience desired.
- Two (2) years’ experience as an Aviation Logistics/Supply Chain Analyst is required (SCM/ MRO).
- Five (5) years' experience within the Supply Chain/Logistics fields, (preferably Army Aviation) is Required. (Army MOS 92A).
- Knowledge of
- Must possess exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with strong leadership abilities, and personnel management skills required.
- A valid **US Passport is Required** for deployment to Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to obtain a Saudi (Igama) Visa is Required; to include the ability to pass a Saudi Visa Medical required for deployment and meeting all Saudi labor/employment requirements.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- May be required to travel, OCONUS to support and meet mission operations, as requested.

**Security Clearance Requirements**:

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government “Confidential” Security Clearance. **US Citizenship is Required** to obtain a “Confidential” Clearance and required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

**Additional and Physical Qualifications**:

- Able to prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Access, and Excel.
- Occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- Work may be outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
- May be exposed to extreme noise from turbine engine aircraft.
- May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles; may be exposed to electrical shock hazards or work near moving mechanical parts, vehicles, or aircraft.
