Social Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies. They create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction. With expertise in social media marketing and analytics, they drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth.

**Key Result Areas**
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Set up and optimize brand pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Encourage greater social media participation
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy

**Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills)**
- Passionate about brands and technology
- Degree in Marketing or any equivalent alternative
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing
- Proactive, creative, honest, and trustworthy
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong communications skills
- Strong team management skills
- F&B background & passion is a plus
- Arabic speaker is a plus

**Salary**: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
