Treasury Officer

Matar Holding is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Treasury Officer** to join our finance team. As a Treasury Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the company’s liquidity, financial risk, and cash flow. This is an excellent opportunity for a **Saudi national** with a passion for finance and a strong understanding of treasury operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily cash positioning and ensure adequate liquidity levels are maintained.
- Oversee and optimize cash flow management, including collections, disbursements, and bank account management.
- Monitor and manage banking relationships, ensuring effective communication and smooth transactions.
- Assist in preparing cash forecasts and manage working capital requirements.
- Analyze and report on treasury activities to senior management, providing insights on cash positions, liquidity, and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies related to treasury and banking operations.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.
- Assist in managing foreign exchange risk and assist with hedging strategies as required.
- Collaborate with other finance team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Saudi national** (as per local regulations).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in treasury management, finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of treasury functions, cash management, and banking processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and banking practices in Saudi Arabia.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Treasury Management (e.g., ACT, CTP) is a plus.
- Experience in handling foreign exchange and cash flow forecasting.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
