Event - Artist

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for the artist, handling all logistics and requirements.
- Coordinate transportation and accommodation for the artist, ensuring all arrangements are in place and any changes are communicated promptly.
- Provide on-site support to the artist, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Work with the production team to ensure that the artist's technical requirements are met, such as sound checks, lighting, and stage setup.
- Handle all financial aspects of the artist's appearance, including payment and expenses.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with the artist, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in artist liaison or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, Ramadan & Eid
- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate and respond to the artist's needs.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- A legal working permit to work in Saudi Arabia is required.

الراتب: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼13,000.00 لكل شهر

- جدة: التنقل بشكل موثوق أو التخطيط للانتقال قبل البدء في العمل (مطلوب)

الخبرة:

- Event: سنتان (مطلوب)
- Artist: 3 سنوات (مطلوب)
