The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. This person will have the responsibility of providing Insight and commercial excellence, supporting with Sales analysis, reporting Forecasting, Budgets, ASR, Market data analysis, Pricing and Ad Hoc projects as well enhancing our business intelligence system to assist in more insightful business decisions.

**Other Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions. Providing clear, concise reports (on various platforms
- excel/PowerPoint etc.) from various sets of data, to offer insight required as input into critical business decisions.
- Effectively work within a matrix environment across various business within the BDI structure
- Work closely with the BDI BDMs team to identify and help develop customer-based strategies
- Work closely with the BDI MDMs team to assess distributor performance via analytics and the implementation of the DPMP tool.
- Coordinate, analyse and inform on the monthly supply chain forecasting provided by the team and work closely with the regional supply chain team.
- Provide thorough pricing analysis and data insight to assist pricing strategies across the region
- Presenting information through reports and visualization
- Critical analysis of demand and supply to ensure robust forecasting and business planning
- Own and be accountable for various developed data models, analysis tools and presentation formats
- Develop a clear understanding of markets, regions and products in order provide appropriate analysis of the market, trends etc.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and BD core values
- Flexibility in working across many data platform Salesforce.Com, Mercury, Qlik-sense etc.
- Review and create analysis on pricing changes on products among the various product groups for review of commercial team
- Develop KPIs and create reports and analysis to support the Marketing and Commercial organization
- Internal interface & Operational effectiveness - Work closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Distributor Excellence and Commercial teams. Lead key tasks and tools such as the FOC champion, 3rd party coordinator and DPMP tool.

**About You:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CIMA, Accounting, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Commerce, or another analytical discipline
- Preferably one-two years of similar analytics field work-related experience
- Experience & knowledge of data and analytics utilizing market business intelligence
- Experience in revenue budgeting, planning, and forecasting including Monthly revenue analysis, Actuals vs Budget vs Forecast
- Highly proficient in excel, ERP systems and Power BI is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint programs
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to demonstrate critical and strategic thinking skills, including decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills, including strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
