Position based in Jeddah (KSA)

Responsibilities - the Assistant Boutique Manager:

- Achieves monthly Boutique turnover and KPI targets set by the brand
- Helps set monthly objectives for the Sales Associate and motivates team on a daily basis
- Completes daily and monthly reporting to analyze business trends and needs
- Helps the Boutique Manager with the overall training and development of Sales Associates
- Holds briefings to insure consistent communication and information level whenever necessary and requested by the Boutique Manager
- Upholds company’s customer service standards
- Is responsible for developing the customer database, recruiting new clients and building loyalty with repeaters
- Proposes local activation opportunities and develops external relationships to ensure maximal exposure, increase traffic and boost sales
- Helps the Boutique Manager review stock levels and communicate product needs
- Helps ensure team understanding and adherence to Maison policies and procedures
- Insures that all visual directives are respected and executed (cleanness, merchandising, team grooming)
- Represents the Brand inside and outside of the Boutique

**Profile**:

- At least 3 years of management experience in retail, confirmed experience in Jewellery sales
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics
- Result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Natural leader with good interpersonal competences and empathy
- Autonomous with good analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to develop a network
- Knowledge of the Saudi Market
