**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares the monthly schedule of accruals and liaises with user departments on the administration of accruals and pre-payments for each month.
- Monitors work-in-progress accounts, coordinating capitalization with Project Accounting. Prepares monthly Movement report of Fixed Assets.
- Accounts for correct allocation and capitalization of completed project.
- Distribute financial statements.
- Work on inter-company account reconciliations.
- Bank recollection and Balance sheet recollection.
- Matching invoice with the purchase order, receiving documents and check for accuracy of invoices, price, quantity, extension.
- Process the approval payments, as per the financial policies, in order to ensure that all payments are made correctly and as per the agreed upon payment schedules.
- Identify and investigate any potential gaps between the supplier invoices and related payments in order to ensure that disputes are avoided and that any discrepancies are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Execute the reconciliation of account payables balances and vendor statements in order to ensure that the Hotel’s accounts payable records are maintained up-to-date and are compliant with the corporate financial policies and procedures.
- Ensures that Maintaining and developing relationship with existing and new suppliers.
- Reviewing payable aging report and report if any abnormal or extra ordinary matters to the Cluster Finance & Business support Director.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum two years’ experience in same Job ( Hotels industry)
- Bachelor Degree of Finance
- Good communication Skills : verbal and writing (Bilingual Speaking is an advantage)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
