**Who You Are**

You are an experienced Solution Architect with a strong understanding of capital projects, cost and commercial management, and project controls. You want to join a small, collaborative team that applies Enstoa's innovative and flexible project delivery approach. This is a dynamic position where you will leverage your functional and technical understanding of cost management, contract management, change management, business process, and project controls to assist with the planning and execution of full-cycle design, configuration, implementation, testing, training, and support of complex cost management technology. You will work with a team focused on improving and executing capital and facilities project delivery. You must be a keen, logically minded learner and problem solver and must have the aptitude to translate user and business needs into action.

**What You'll Do**

As part of Digital Solutions, you will work with a client-facing team in a fast-paced environment, with a current focus on the Real Estate, Oil & Gas, Energy & Resources & Utilities industries. As a Solution Architect, you will help organizations to transfer their digital strategy to manage their capital projects, facilities, and assets. You will evaluate organizations' systems and data and design, configure and develop the appropriate systems for implementation and integration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and assess client policies and procedures, processes, workflows, controls, organizational frameworks, roles and responsibilities, reports, technology tools, systems, and templates to design and configure cost management solutions based on leading industry practices.
- Design, configure and implement digital cost management and reporting solutions.
- Design and configure cost management solutions that are simple to use to ensure end-user adoption while considering the impact on support and training.
- Develop technical documentation, such as solution designs, as-builts, test scripts, etc.
- Assist with the development of integration and migration plans.
- Manage the execution of UAT and obtain final sign-off from clients.
- Solve problems and execute implementation deliverables with mínimal instruction.
- Manage and Mentor a team of technical delivery resources in the implementation or enhancement of cost management solutions.
- Act as a Solution Owner for client engagements around the implementation or enhancement of cost management solutions.
- Assist the Team with the development of a strategy to meet client-specific goals.
- Work with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to manage client expectations, scope, and schedule.
- Escalate any issues promptly to project leadership.
- Closely collaborate with our development teams to build the best product possible.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Aconex Connected Cost.
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing, configuring, implementing and administrating cost management systems
- Solid understanding of cost management, project management, project controls, construction, and engineering processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project, Visio and PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills to work with a complex user base
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Located anywhere worldwide with ability to work Middle East work days and client hours

**Desirables (nice to have's)**
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, BI Publisher).
- Experience administering FIDIC and NEC contracts.
- Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, PMI, PMP, Oracle certifications, etc.)
- Experience with implementation and deployment of other project management software platforms such as Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, e-Builder, Prism, PMWeb, etc.
- Ability to demo solutions to clients.
- Arabic Speaker
- Currently located in Saudi Arabia or United Arab Emirates.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt quickly.
