Private Client Relations Manager, Saudi Arabia

**Position**:
The Private Client Relations Manager, KSA is an experienced client development expert who will use first hand insight and understanding of high net worth individuals (HNWI) to identify and approach potential clients and introduce them to the Bulgari world.
This High Jewelry and High End expert will map our clear client journey from prospecting, to developing, to nurturing, to closing high-end sales. Success is measured by increased sales revenue and new client acquisition.
Additionally, they will work to increase the overall High End business across the country working closely with stores and sales teams.
The Private Client Relations Manager, KSA reports hierarchically to the Country Brand Director, KSA and functionally to the Regional High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie Management.
The Private Client Relations Manager will be in charge of commercial development adn brand elevation via the following:
- Develop and implement a local strategy to source, develop and nurture high-potential and current HNW Bulgari clients to propose and close high jewelry pieces.
- Constantly nurture relationships with clients, in-store and outside the Create personalized experiences, along with corporate stakeholders, that help connect the client to the Bulgari brand and lifestyle.
- Host potential HNW clients at brand event’s throughout the year with the goal of closing HE Travel domestically and internationally is required.
- Assess the clients’ personal taste and individuality to make appropriate HE product suggestions and have the
- ability to gauge potential spend on an annual and ongoing
- Be an active networker, proactively identifying opportunities to meet potential clients through relevant industry and social events.
- Communicate with management about opportunities to develop community relationships and to explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty among new and existing clients.
- Support Store Directors and Client Advisors to identify, develop and manage High End clients.
- Reach assigned sales targets
- Participate in important High End client presentations to maximize every opportunity to close sales
- Attend High End product trainings and provide training to local teams
- Partner with HR to identify, refer and mentor new high end talents form withing and outside Bulgari
- Provide reports and suggestions for improvements
- Cooperate with MEAI High Jewelry and Haute Horlogerie Manager and with Merchandisers on product assortment enduring the most appropriate assortment to reach sales target.
**Profile**:
- 10/15+ years experience working in a luxury environment is essential, with an established network of HNW contacts and keen understanding of luxury clients’ needs
- Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring client advisors in a luxury retail environment
- A thorough understanding of the luxury consumer and his/her needs and expectations
- The prospect of acquiring genuine and valuable new clients will excite and motivate you
