**The Product Development Team**:
Currently the product dev team is a close knit group of more than 30 members that consists of full stack Ruby on Rails devs, Dev Ops Engineers, iOS and Android programmers, and the vibrant CTO. This team believes in moving fast and breaking (and fixing) things and has an incredible learning culture.

**About the Business Intelligence Developer position**:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for the implementation of software development best practices. Decides software architectures that define the interaction and integration between multiple software systems to be used by other developers. Investigates, decides, and implements new programming technologies and transfers that knowledge to others.

**Business Intelligence Developer responsibilities are**:

- Manage databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and qualityThe design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications.
Assist project-planning efforts on larger projects and may act as a project manager for developmental efforts.
- Understands and follows the Rational Unified Process for software project development.
- Leads Quality Assurance Reviews.
- Troubleshoots programming tickets.
- Ensures customer acceptance by soliciting their involvement on designs, functionality, and testing.
- Prepares data models, functional flow diagrams, and other documentation as required by departmental standards and methodologies.
- Prepares and presents project deliverable to the appropriate management for project review throughout the development life cycle.

**Business Intelligence Developer requirements are**:

- 4+ years' experience of working on a Business Intelligence Developer position.
- 2+ years experience with any Big Data platform.
- Ability to create data pipeline.
- 2+ years experience with data visualization tools.
- 2+ years experience working with large data sets.
- 2-4 years experience data validation and debugging as well as presentation methods for analysis and interpretation, performance & dashboards.
- 2-4 years experience with data integration tools (such as Pentaho).
- Proficiency in general database administration concepts and efficient query writing.
- Must have over 3 years of SQL Server - SSIS and strong transact SQL skills.
- Business Intelligence Experience - writing reports (Excel) PowerBI and SSRS.
- Experience with Data Governance and Data Warehouse design.
- Strong technical Business Intelligence background with experience extracting data, data modeling and creating visualizations.
- Ability to understand business requirements, retrieve relevant data from source systems and present to the customer in a quick, efficient manner.
- Required experience with Microsoft tools SQL Server, Power BI and Azure Data Services.
- Support projects related to scope definition, document requirements, estimate effort and coordinate execution of tasks.**Our Client Offers Great Benefits**:
