Tireman

Position Summary:

- To Repair the Punctured/Damaged tires of the Trucks, Dumper trailers, Flat bed Trailers and to the machine as instructed by the superiors.

Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:

- To Repair the Punctured/Damaged tires of the Trucks, Dumper trailers, Flat bed Trailers and to the machine as instructed by the superiors.
- Use of proper handholds, steps, order for Assembly and Disassembly of the tires, tubes, flaps etc.
- Keep the working Area neat & clean & to keep records of all tires fitted.
- To upkeep the tools & equipment used for Tire Repairs.
- To keep tools at proper place after assembly or disassembly of the tires.
- Effective utilization of Time given by the Maintenance Foreman/Operation Dept.
- Authorized to remove, repair, and assemble tires of all type of trucks, flat beds, Dump boxes and Automobile Machineries related to ATC.

Other Responsibilities:

- To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
- To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
- To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
- To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.
- To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
- To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
- To attend safety trainings planned for them.
- Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work
