**Job Title**: Assistant Head Butler

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Butler in overseeing the daily operations of the butler department, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Provide personalized and anticipatory service to VIP guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and privacy throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences, including dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and special amenities.
- Maintain meticulous records of guest preferences, ensuring that they are communicated effectively to the team to enhance the guest experience during future visits.
- Supervise the setup and maintenance of guest rooms and suites, ensuring they are immaculately prepared according to the hotel's standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- Collaborate with the Head Butler to develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the butler service and elevate the overall guest experience.
- Ensure adherence to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the department.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and diplomatically with guests and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering flawless service.
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian customs and etiquette is advantageous.
