**Job Title**: Logistic Site In-Charge

**Location**: Neom Project Site, Saudi Arabia

**Department**: Logistics/Supply Chain

**Job Purpose**:
To efficiently manage and oversee logistics operations on-site, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Logistics Management**:

- Plan and coordinate the transportation, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment required for the project.
- Supervise site logistics activities, including unloading, inventory management, and distribution of supplies.
- Monitor and manage fleet operations, including vehicles, machinery, and material-handling equipment.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of resources.

**Inventory & Stock Control**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels on-site.
- Oversee material requisitions, deliveries, and returns.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure proper documentation.

**Team Supervision**:

- Manage and lead a team of logistics personnel, including drivers, warehouse staff, and equipment operators.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Train team members on logistics procedures and safety standards.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure all logistics activities comply with Neom’s project regulations, local laws, and international standards.
- Enforce safety protocols to minimize risks associated with handling materials and equipment.
- Work closely with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) team to ensure safe operations.

**Coordination & Reporting**:

- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics operations, stock levels, and progress.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align logistics with project timelines and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in logistics processes.

**Cost Control & Optimization**:

- Optimize logistics costs by implementing efficient delivery and storage solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Monitor budgets and provide recommendations for cost control.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 6+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in construction or contracting.
- Proven experience managing logistics for large-scale projects.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software (ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics regulations.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:

- PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Certification in Logistics and Supply Chain (CLTD, CSCP).

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
