Vibration Technician

**Responsibilities**:
Technically solid in pumps and compressors vibration analysis and machine diagnosis skills. Has experience with ADRE and System 1
- Perform vibration analysis on various types of equipment and provide comprehensive feedback on vibration trends and condition monitoring.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnoses on complex mechanical systems and determine maintenance requirements.
- Determine the relevant tools and spares needed to perform repairs and maintenance.
- Carry out corrective actions and recommend maintenance activities to prevent machinery breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities for timely decision-making and future reference.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure complete understanding of equipment maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

**Requirements**:

- B.S in Mechanical Engineering
- CAT II or CAT III certification Preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in vibration analysis and maintenance of rotating equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of maintenance management software.
- In-depth knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance techniques.
- Hands-on experience with alignment and balancing equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
