**Senior Manager Finance**

**Experience**: 8 - 10 years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CA preferred.

**Position Overview**:
As the Senior Manager Finance, you will play a pivotal role in leading the finance department and contributing to the company's overall financial strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Your strategic insights and financial expertise will be crucial in guiding the company's financial decisions and driving sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, including long-term financial planning, investment analysis, and risk management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and regularly update financial forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Cash Management: Manage cash flow to optimize liquidity and ensure the availability of funds for strategic investments and operational needs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities and assess their financial viability, providing recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial results, strategies, and risks to the executive team and board of directors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial success in an F&B or related industry.
