Coordinate activities related to incoming / outgoing Air Freight & full truck load shipments in line to company standards monitoring shipments, identifying potential problems & arranging proactive solutions.***

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Review customer requests to ensure accuracy & complete details.
- Coordinate freight shipments with vendors, DHL Bahrain hub, Gateway, Operations & other entities involved in shipping.
- Communicate to customers to notify shipment status, delays & challenges during shipping.
- Review shipping orders, rates & schedules to make sure they are accurate and complete
- Schedule delivery based on customer requirement & available options
- Maintain accurate & fully updated records on tracker sheet, ensure all costs & Selling are recorded in it.
- Coordinate 3rd party logistics providers to handle shipping needs
- Follow up efficiently timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Customer service skills to successfully complete tasks.
- Freight coordinators must interface with a variety of people non-stop & provide excellent customer service.
- Work in an office environment & comfortable using MS office & Outlook.
